The Good ole Days.

So i never lived back when there were no cars and in order to get some flour you had to trade a horse for it, but i sure as heck wish i did live then. A few weeks ago at work i waited on an elderly lady whom i have now waited on everytime she comes in. She and i were talking about how the world used to be so much nicer, even when i was little i remember things that people would never do now. Having 40 years on me she had better stories to tell but i can just imagine...

~~~I lean on the slanted rock that is balancing ever so gently on the pile out past the tracks. Dolly stands in the near shadow chomping at her bit while trying to pick up whatever scraps were left on the ground. I finish my pop i had just bought from callahan saloon and off i went, hopped back on dolly and rode into the sunset.
That night was a cold one but the extra blankets i got when i traded in my hunting knife were worth it, at least for this night.
The next morning i opened a can of beans after laying them in the fire, ate them real fast and then went on my way. I am sure my parents were looking for me, it was my first night alone, but I am 13 i can do anything!!!
When i got back into town i noticed there was a fuss in the middle of town, i ran to see what was the matter. Jimmy had fell and scraped his knee, the whole town it looked like was out there makin sure Jimmy was okay.~~~
...I can also imagine this...
~~~I ran as fast as i could and hid behind the big rock and drank my soda even faster, they were coming i could here them. Over in the shade near by i spotted a car i ran to it and found that it was unlocked i started it up no problem and drove off, further and further away.
That night i fell asleep in the car i had stole and dreamt about where t steal more soda, i was cold, i was alone but no one will find me i am 13!!
The next morning i awoke to three police cars, so many others who were watching behind a yellow tape line and my parents. I could see my parents talking to the policemen shaking thier heads.

So yea...i really want to live back in the dolly days i want a horse for transportation and i want o drink pop not soda,
I hate technology, and could deal with none at all.

In he begining this sounded good but now that i look at the bottom of my screen and see that the times reads 2:33 am in the morning i see now that it might be a little out there, HEY I HAVE AN IMAGINATION..

people that love me and my happenings

About Me

My photo
Hopefully you will all get to know me very well, as my whole entire blog will be the latter "about me" but until then 24 years of age living in what was once called the number one city in america, but i bet none of you know this. I do not and will not capitilize my i's that are in the middle of a sentence. I am married to a man who has a big heart but it is hidden and i am on the forever journey to try and find it. I recently thought of starting a blog because i believe some things that happen in life are worth writing down. This might be a string off of my new found love of books.
